Pastor Warwick's Message

Back to School is now in full swing throughout our church community. It is very common for teachers to assign homework to their students and in many cases, parents check to see how their children are doing in the homework. We believe that reading the bible should be our homework on the same emphasis as homework for our children.  In 2nd Timothy 2:15 it reads: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. These words are very powerful for what is expected of us as Christians. How can true believers go about daily life without reading the bible?   They cannot. Additionally, how can one effectively witness to nonbelievers and possible answer their questions, provided they have not studied or read the bible? Again, they cannot. I urge you to develop a plan to read the bible on a daily basis along with reading bible stories to our younger children. You will be surprised as to what one can learn and what one can share with their children of all ages and most importantly being a witness to others.

If your church is not preaching the full gospel, then we invite you to join with us at our church. Amen.
